The personal data processed by phoenixco.gr are: name, e-mail address, phone number, the apartment you are interested in, as well as any additional data or messages you voluntarily provide us through the contact form.

Phoenixco.gr uses the personal data you transfer during your communication on the website for the following purposes: Answering questions regarding available apartments (Garden Apartments, Maisonettes, etc.) or buildings under construction, sending informative material/offers, scheduling meetings or demonstrations (physical or virtual), preparing contractual documents, improving the services provided, and collecting statistical data on the use of the website.

The further processing of personal data for any other purpose is done only after relevant notification of the visitor. Your consent constitutes the legal basis for the processing actions described above (e.g., via the contact form), as well as the execution of a contract (e.g., pre-agreement of sale, construction contract). Your data may be processed without your consent to fulfill obligations arising from Laws (e.g., tax legislation), Regulations, and European legislation, and in the cases specified in Article 6 of the GDPR.

The data may be processed by external partners with whom Phoenix Construction has signed contracts or cooperates for the execution of its construction and commercial activities. Specifically, data may be transferred to cooperating engineers, legal advisors, real estate agencies, as well as providers of professional, tax, or technical services (IT, website hosting/cloud services, accountants). The aforementioned recipients receive only the necessary data for their respective functions and are committed to complying with the terms of confidentiality and the GDPR. With the exception of the above, your personal data is not transmitted to third parties who do not perform tasks related to the operation of the Data Controller.

Phoenixco.gr strictly adheres to a specific security policy, while applying the most modern techniques for the protection of personal data kept in its files from unauthorized access, use or disclosure, modification, or unintentional destruction.

The visitor/user of phoenixco.gr has the right to submit a request to the Data Controller in order to exercise the rights provided in Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, such as: access to their data, rectification, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing.

In the event of exercising any of the aforementioned rights, the Data Controller will take all possible measures to satisfy the request within one month of its receipt, informing the applicant in writing.
